By offering one-on-one government benefits consulting, we assess the individual claimant’s circumstances. We then provide customized education that covers all benefit-preserving options, as well as the implications of forgoing benefits in favor of a lump sum cash settlement. The Claimant Advocacy Group’s (CAG) fee offers up to 12 months of support for each claimant, allowing the time necessary to support the claimant through and after reaching a settlement.
