At Claimant Advocacy Group we believe in upfront, disclosed pricing for all our clients.
Direct Claimant Support
Government Benefit Preservation Education | $300
For a one-time flat fee of $300 per claimant, CAG does a thorough intake of any private and public benefits the claimant is currently receiving and educates them on all options available to preserve those benefits.
Note: CAG only charges if your client reaches out for support. This one-time fee allows your claimant to call us as many times as needed for up to 12 months from the first call to ensure they are supported through the settlement process.
Assistance with Establishing Special Accounts | $400
This fee only applies if a claimant requests that CAG assist with completion of paperwork for special accounts, such as a Special Needs Trust or ABLE accounts, including submission of completed documents, postage, etc.
Note: this fee is not in addition, but in lieu of, the $300 Gov Ben Preservation Education services fee listed.
Court Approval Assistance for Minors and Incapacitated Adults | $700
We are highly experienced in navigating attorneys through the settlement process for minors and incapacitated adults. For a one-time flat fee of $700 per claimant, CAG educates parents and guardians on allowable distribution plans, assists with all court approval documents, and interfaces directly with appointed Guardian Ad Litems (GAL) and judges to get your cases resolved efficiently and accurately.
Complex Individual Case Support | $450/hr.
Do you have a complex catastrophic case that requires long-term, ongoing support? We have a Senior Governmental Benefit Planner who will assist you with your case from start to finish. Note: This fee level is rare and oftentimes guidance to attorneys can be handled at the $300 level.
Rates effective July 1st, 2023.
